Yes, absolutely! If you’d like your order delivered to an address other than your own, simply follow these steps:

  1. Under "Delivery Address" at checkout, enter the recipient’s postal address.
  2. Also, provide the recipient’s mobile number. This is required for Postnord and Bring to successfully deliver the order.
  3. Place your order, and you’re all set!

Our delivery time depends on where you order from and what deliery method you choose. See your options in the checkout.

During busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas, New Year, and Midsummer, delivery times may be longer due to high demand. To ensure your order arrives on time during holidays, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

If you’ve received a discount code from us to use in our webshop, simply follow these steps:

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart as usual.
  2. At checkout, click on the line that says “discount code.”
  3. Enter your discount code in the provided field. Make sure to enter it exactly as given, as uppercase and lowercase letters matter.

When purchasing products from our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which starts from the day you receive the item(s) you ordered.

If you want to return a product:

  1. Detach the lower part of the delivery note and write the reason for your return. Place the return form together with the item(s) in suitable packaging—ideally the same packaging the product was delivered in.
  2. Contact webshop@teddykompaniet.se for return form and way bill.
  3. Drop off the package at any designated parcel delivery location.
  4. The product(s) must be returned within the statutory 14 days. It’s important that the items are in their original condition, in their original packaging, and well-packaged to prevent damage. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your return is handed over to the chosen courier correctly. Therefore, make a note of the package’s tracking ID when sending it from your delivery location and ensure it is scanned by the staff.


The return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund amount. See fees unnder Terms & Conditions.

If you wish to cancel your purchase and return your entire order, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order (or someone else receiving it on your behalf) to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Unfortunately, no. Products such as security blankets or cuddly toys with an embroidered name cannot be returned.

If your product is damaged, please email us at webshop@teddykompaniet.se and describe the issue with the product. It’s helpful if you can include photos and the article/batch number.

The article/batch number can be found on the small white fabric tag sewn onto the toy or on the product’s packaging.
