When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details about the product(s), price(s), billing, and shipping address(es). If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at webshop@teddykompaniet.se.

All prices in the store include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any pricing errors. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments, allowing you to pay directly, in installments, via invoice, or by card (VISA and Mastercard).

Occasionally, you may receive a discount code to use in our webshop. Add your items to the cart as usual, then enter the discount code at checkout by clicking "Add discount code". Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters as they are case-sensitive. Discount codes are valid under the conditions and product selection specified in the offer.

• Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on what country and delivery method you choose. Our order handling may take up to 2 days depending on workloads. When purchasing products on our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your order. See the "Return Fee" section for details on return fees.

The following return fees apply when using the right of withdrawal or open purchase: 15,95EUR return fee.

A 25EUR fee applies for uncollected packages to cover return, shipping and administrative costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable upon return.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that return items are correctly submitted to the designated carrier. Please note the package tracking ID when returning items and ensure the package is scanned by the staff.

We inspect all products before shipping. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will rectify the issue free of charge under consumer protection legislation.

Before returning a defective item, contact us via email at webshop@teddykompaniet.se for approval. Include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. Complaints must be submitted immediately after detecting the defect.

If we cannot rectify the issue or replace the item, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject complaints if the product is deemed not defective under consumer protection laws.

If you have any complaints about our products or services, please reach out to our customer service first. If we are unable to resolve the issue together, you are welcome to contact the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, or supply shortages.
